Is your gold real and hallmarked?
Yes. Every piece is 18k gold or 925 silver, and hallmarked. Natural diamonds come with a certificate on request.
Do you ship worldwide? How long does it take?
Yes. Delivery in Bahrain is free. Worldwide shipping is free on orders over $500, otherwise $40, and takes 2–3 weeks.
Can you make a custom piece? How long does it take?
Yes. Send us a photo or your idea on WhatsApp. We send a quote, take a 50% deposit, and your piece is ready in 2–3 weeks.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, exchange or store credit within 14 days. Items must be unworn, with the receipt and packaging. No cash refunds, and custom pieces are final. Full policy.
Do you resize or repair jewellery?
Yes. Ring resizing is free at our Juffair showroom, and we repair pieces too. Not sure of your size? Message us and we’ll help.
How can I pay? Is it secure?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and BENEFIT, all through our secure checkout.
Why do your prices change?
Our prices follow the gold rate and each piece’s weight, so they move with the gold market. No hidden brand mark-up.
